Automated Non-Invasive Measurement of Single Sperm's Motility and Morphology
The video shows automated non-invasive measurement of single sperm's motility and morphology. The video starts by multiple sperm tracking for motility measurement. Coordinate transformation and position prediction are used to relocate the same moving sperm after switching to high magnification. Morphology parameters of the sperm are non-invasively measured under high magnification DIC imaging. For details, please refer to [J153] on the Publications page.
